Welcome to Grade 5B!

This blog is a glimpse into the life of Grade 5B. Although this is our last term together, we will be regularly updating our blog and sharing insightful, strange, humorous and (most importantly) educational highlights with our friends and families.

The fourth term is often the busiest with exams, award ceremonies and final preparations for Grade 6, but it is also always the most fun! So sit back, relax and enjoy reading all about the adventures of Grade 5B!

Terrific Tuesday!

Well done on a good day of work today, girls! I hope that the message you received from your secret spy this morning made you feel good and made you think about the things you need to work on in the classroom.

You worked beautifully on your letters to and from Chester Cricket, and some of you thought of such creative ideas as to how to decorate your work. I saw letters written on leaves, train timetables, liverwurst wrappers and newspapers. Superb! I can't wait to read those and will be sure to add some of them to the Grade 5 Authors page.

We are also thinking about friendship this week and how important it is to have good friends and be a good friend in return. Remeber to tell your friends how special they are to you!

Only 2 more days until Market Day, so make sure that you have everything organised and ready for the day.
Remember to bring the fee for your trading license before Thursday and don't forget to organise a float.

Have a lovely afternoon!
